Beginners Guide

Looking for a way to get started back into regular exercise, but unsure where to start?

Look no further, I created the best guide to getting started with exercise.

Minimal to no equipment required.

All workouts are demonstrated for you with proper sets and reps.

Workout programs can seem super complicated and overwhelming the moment you purchase them. When this happens it leads to inconsistency or even pure failure. Neither option I wish for you.

Within the 6 Week Beginner Guide, the goal is to just get you moving again. 30 minutes tops for all workouts. Each workout includes cardio portions with options of walking or running, whichever you feel most confident doing. Following the cardio portion, you will have simple bodyweight exercises that focus on the fundamental movement patterns of life.

AKA exercises you regularly do throughout the day without knowing.

On days without cardio, you have a great mobility/ stretching workout. The circuit runs through twice so if you didn’t feel great about it the first time, you get a second chance.

The goal is to help get you moving. Once you consistently get moving, you will find that it is possible to add to your schedule regularly.

Again, it isn’t something that needs to be over complicated where you spend hours upon hours in the gym.

With this program, you don’t even need a gym.

Make sure to check out info page of the program if you have other questions.

Or shoot me a message with any questions that you might have.
