Yes, 1:1 remote training has a minimum of a 3 month commitment. The reason is that we want to make sure you are given the chance to see or feel a difference.

1:1 Training is designed based on the equipment you have available to you. So not necessarily.

I want to make sure that I am giving each of my clients the most attention that I can. This means that I only have the capacity to accept a certain amount of people throughout the year.

1:1 remote training is offered on a 2x, 4x or 6x per week schedule. Whichever days per week you opt for does change the monthly pricing.

Since 1:1 is only offered 2x, 4x or 6x per week this gives you the opportunity to still make up sessions if need be. Although 6x per week does only give you one day to make up workouts.
