HI, i’m Alexandra!

Also, known as “Chin” “Alex” “Chindraa”

After spending 10+ years in the conventional gym environment, I decide to make the great jump to the online world to help the masses understand the conventional gym.

I’ve always loved working with my clients in person, but always felt like my reach was very limited unless I was willing to give up ALL my time. I truly believe that there should be a healthy balance between fitness and regular life. Regular life being family, friends, hobbies, etc. Whatever it might look like for you, find balance.

I have always been passionate about helping others find their mark in the gym space. Fitness is not a one size fits all but all should have a good solid baseline.

This foundation is what I have created Exercise Corrected around. Helping you determine your fitness foundation before building the “walls.”

Exercise should be fun, not mundane and boring. It should also be efficient. Remember that healthy balance? right, you do not need to spend hours in the gym.

What I love:

  • Coffee: brewing, grinds, beans, lattes, etc.

  • My puppy Tootsie: yes! her name is tootsie, like tootsie roll.

  • Whiskey and wine.

  • Wearing shorts all year round.

  • Sunglasses: protection from the sun is key. Jk, I just love how they look.
