These are the 3 pillars in which the entire BetterMover. program is built on. The main focus will always be to improve your fundamental movement patterns over anything else. But we do this is a variety of ways to keep your attention, be respectful of your time and challenge you.
In true programming fashion, you will go through cycles of training to ensure that you are truly going through progressive overload in order to see lasting strength changes.
Individualized, User Friendly Focused Approach
Your entire training program is delivered through app with your own profile setup. Each training session comes with high quality video demonstrations, written descriptions with exercise modifications and the ability to track your progress.

You’ll be able to track everything from weights used, difficulty of workouts and so much more. As you track your progress, you will receive different milestone badges to help keep you motivated. You can also connect various smart fitness trackers like Apple or Garmin watches to make tracking sleep, measurements and steps even easier.
Communication for accountability
Within the app, you will be able to communicate with your coach to ask questions or help with exercise alternatives to ensure you are getting the most of each workout. This is not a set it and forget program. We want to be with you every step of your fitness journey.

Yes, there is a minimum of 3 month commitment to the program.

You will receive 3 workouts per week. This gives you the chance to move workouts around to best fit your schedule.

Workouts average 45 minutes long. Sometimes they are 30 minutes, sometimes they are 45 minutes. Rarely to never do they go to 60 minutes.

Ideally yes, you need to have access to a gym to successfully complete these workouts. you might be okay with having a decent home gym.
