Who here hates Mountain Climbers?

Honestly, most people don’t like it because it jacks your heartrate up without any kind of relief.

Most of the time the reason is because most people do not know how to properly do a mountain climber.

Or maybe your back hurts after doing them in a workout?

Again, most of the time you have not been properly shown how to do a mountain climber.

So peep the :15s video above to learn two cues to remember when doing Mountain Climbers.

One thing that most coaches NEVER tell a client is this “you can slow the movement down” You DO NOT have to go for speed in this exercise.

Yes, speed will get the exercise over faster. But doesn’t mean that it will be done correctly.
