We give too much focus on making certain muscles look a certain way. This leads to so much mental destruction. This destruction defeats us from continually being successful in the fitness world.

I want to propose changing our thinking from training muscles to training movements. With this approach it gives you a more well rounded approach without the stress of looking a certain way.

Training movements also makes you more of a functional human being. It helps to make daily activities that much easier.
