Fitness programs should have a certain focus for a certain period of time. Aka you should have a goal for whatever workouts you are doing. For example, are you trying to increase the weight of your back squat? Maybe you are trying to become faster for your next 5k? Or you are trying to increase flexibility so you can bend down to tie your shoes?

Whatever your goal is, your workouts should reflect trying to achieve that.

EC Signature is a training program that runs 8-12 week cycles for a very SPECIFIC goal. The goal could be anything from improving back squat weight to improving your overall balance.

Either way you will ALWAYS know what the plan is before starting the cycle.

All workouts are delivered through a well thought through app to give you the feeling that your Personal Trainer is with you without actually standing with you.
